As a certified Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I guide my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that actually works for their bodies and their lives.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories. Amongst them, there are overlapping consistencies that go beyond eating more vegetables (and yes, you really should eat more vegetables). In Macrobiotics it’s called ying and yang; in Ayervedic Medicine it’s the tridoshas (winter, spring and summer); in Food Energetics it’s warming and cooling. But what is it in the 21st century? A time when we are constantly running, and doing and working and going?  It’s balance.  Balance in our food, our bodies and our priorities.

To find that balance, I believe going back to basics is the answer. By rediscovering your unique intuitions for your body, and actually having the courage to follow those intuitions, you will heal yourself.  I’m simply here to guide you through that process and support you with the nutritional knowledge, direction and encouragement you need.

I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success.

I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to creating an inspired, fulfilling life.

The Integrative Nutrition® food pyramid includes a balance of high quality vegetables, fruits, grains, proteins, healthy fats and water. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body. To complete the picture, the pyramid is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality.
