I’m a nutritarian, wine lover, and yogini. I am board certified as a licensed Holistic Health and Nutritional Counselor (CHHNC) by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and received my education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My mission is to support you in (re)discovering your unique bio-individuality and make food and lifestyle choices that will fully nourish you – mind, body & spirit.
Chronic disease is the epidemic of our generation – we desperately need nutrition and lifestyle guidance to find our way back to health. The objective of a CHHNC is to do just that: educate others regarding self-health management and support others in taking a more proactive role in staying healthy. Ultimately, these preventative actions will dramatically alter the state of our health & happiness as human beings.
